Round Room Gives (established 2020), is set up as a private foundation exempt under IRS Code Section 501 (c) (3). Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170. Round Room Gives is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. Round Room Gives operates TCC Gives and Wireless Zone Gives Community Grants.
